The Chamber of Tax Advisors is a professional organization of public interest, non-lucrative legal entity, with its own assets and buget. The legal framework is regulated by Government Ordinance. 71/2001 on the organization and exercise of tax consulting activity, as amended by Law 186/2002, with subsequent amendments.
