The Romanian Dental Council was founded in 2024, is organized and operates under Title XIII of Law No. 95/2006 on the health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and supplements, being the sole representative of the professional body in Romania in relations with governmental and non-governmental, domestic and international authorities and institutions.
